The people of Victoria have had a difficult time, all the previous months, however the lifting of the lockdown in Melbourne has now come at a time of unfavorable developments with the coronavirus around the world, with one country after another being quarantined.
Only 3 new cases of coronavirus were recorded in the last 24 hours with the average of 14 days falling to close to 2 for the metropolitan area and to 0 zero for the Region.
Also, the cases from an unknown source are only 4 between October 13 and 26, according to the data of the Ministry of Health of Victoria.
