Following the rise of confirmed cases of Covid-19 in recent days in Greece, it was decided to take new measures for visitors entering our country from the land border.
From August 16, only 750 people a day will be able to cross the Kakavia border station, the point of entry of Greece with Albania.
From August 17, those entering Greece from the country's land borders will be required to present a negative molecular test result (PCR) for coronavirus (Covid-19) performed no more than 72 hours ago.
The test must be carried out in the country of origin and the result must be in English. The traveler's name and passport number or ID must be stated with the result.
